His leadership has been instrumental in advancing operational excellence and innovative solutions within the insurance industry.

o Appointed Director of P&C Operations in 2019 and currently serving as Vice President of Claims.
o Oversees P&C Operations, encompassing residential and commercial claims, TPA services, pre-litigation services, and catastrophe response.
