David Murray is an AV-rated trial lawyer with more than 20 years of experience representing policyholders in complex property insurance matters. He has represented thousands of homeowners, businesses, and condominium associations across Florida and is admitted to all Florida federal courts and the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals. As the founder of Murray Law Group, David leads a practice dedicated to first-party insurance, complex coverage disputes, and bad faith litigation. The firm is recognized for its client-centered advocacy, integrity, and professionalism, and delivers efficient, results-driven solutions for policyholders through clear communication, collaborative teamwork, and strategic use of technology. David is a frequent speaker and instructor on insurance-related matters and litigation. He teaches continuing education courses on issues including coverage disputes, claims handling, complex insurance issues, agent liability, and insurer obligations. He is often consulted by the media to discuss policyholder rights and recent developments impacting consumer protections. He earned his J.D. and M.B.A. from Stetson University and his B.A. from Elon College. He is a Super Lawyers honoree, a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, and active in the Florida Justice Association (FJA), Florida Association of Public Insurance Adjusters (FAPIA), and the Florida Windstorm Insurance Network, where he serves on the Board.
