Jon represents primarily the London and surplus lines markets in complex first party commercial insurance disputes. He regularly assists insurers with their investigation of business income claims as part of these disputes. This includes the initial analysis of coverage for the loss, and the specifics of the business income investigation from the initial document requests, to expert analysis, examination under oath, and dispute resolution. His experience includes the analysis of business income claims from a carbide tooling manufacturer to hotels, and dispute resolution settings from informal negotiation to mediation and arbitration.
