J.S. Held
Randy acted as a construction project manager and general contractor throughout the Midwest. Randy has over 40 years of experience in the construction field. As a general contractor, he has worked for some of the largest property management companies in the country. He has extensive knowledge of multi-family and commercial properties.
Randy has been extensively involved in catastrophic events during his tenure at J.S. Held. He has been involved with multi-million-dollar losses throughout the country and out of the country including the hurricanes of 2004 thruough 2024, wildfires, flooding, hail, explosions, and fire losses, along with numerous builder's risk and defect losses.
Randy's experience includes acting as an appraiser and umpire on numerous large losses. He has been called to act as an expert witness on multiple construction complex cases. He has supervised staff in preparing property damage estimates, scopes of loss, project monitoring, and scheduling.
