Larry specializes in hail, windstorm, business interruption, earth movement, and bad faith litigation. Larry predominately represents commercial property owners, real estate investment trusts, and condominium associations. Larry joined Merlin Law Group in October 2010 and has practiced exclusively on behalf of policyholders nationwide. Specifically, Larry has represented clients in Colorado, California, Texas, Florida, Nebraska, Oklahoma, Illinois, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Georgia, Wisconsin, Indiana, Iowa, and Kansas.

Solely practicing first-party property insurance cases for his entire career at the Merlin Law Group, Larry has tried these types of cases in several states in both the state and federal court. In addition to his trial experience, Larry has argued in front of multiple different courts of appeals, helping create law and protect policyholders’ rights. Larry is actively involved in legislation all over the country and enjoys fighting for policyholders at every level.
