Darin Bradley is the Chief Operating Officer of Deft, a risk management and claims consultancy specializing in property-level resilience. Since Deft’s founding in 2018, Darin has been instrumental in developing innovative strategies for complex claims handling, catastrophe response, and risk mitigation. He has overseen the adjustment and settlement of billions of dollars in large commercial and high-net-worth property claims, with a geographic reach spanning from New York City to Miami.

With extensive experience navigating the challenges of windstorm and catastrophe-exposed markets, Darin works closely with insurers, policyholders, and industry stakeholders to strengthen resilience at both the claims and property-management levels. His expertise in large-scale loss adjustment, forensic claim analysis, and mitigation best practices has positioned him as a trusted leader in guiding communities through both the immediate aftermath of a storm and the longer-term recovery process.

As COO, Darin continues to focus on expanding Deft’s capabilities by leveraging technology, advanced imagery, and data-driven insights to enhance property-level risk mitigation and preparedness. He is particularly focused on helping associations and property owners understand how proactive mitigation measures — from emergency response coordination to long-term resilience planning — can reduce claim severity, shorten recovery timelines, and strengthen insurability in today’s evolving risk landscape.
