Decades of experience has provided Linda has decades of litigation experience in the first party property arenas throughout Florida,. With a vast knowledge of claims, and the processes Linda has worked successfuly in the first party world, and enjoys the ability to assist in claim resolutions. Linda is both a Supreme Court Certified Circuit and County Court Mediator, as well as a Qualified Arbritrator.

With a diverse civil law background in handling complex commercial litigation, property development, property damage claims litigation, personal injury, real estate transactions and litigation, personal injury and business transactions, Linda is able to provide knowledge, facts and insight to her clients to advocate in their best interest. Linda has been the owner and manager of a successful law firm in pursuit of her clients’ rights for decades. Linda has practiced statewide in the civil divisions of the state and the Southern and Middle Districts in the Federal Courts in Florida.
